I have been getting to grips with the ships WiFi and now I understand its a little easier. Logging on to the Virtual Plaza doesn't cost you anything and from there you can access the daily programme and the photos and names of the ships staff. If you are brave enough you can also book certain items. http://onboardportal.pacifica.costa.it/Portal/
By re-entering seapass number and password you can then access the internet.
